The stay at this guest house was mind-blowing! The smart and attractive house offered a spacious, modern room with all the amenities we needed, including a good kitchen area with complimentary drinks and snacks. The neighborhood was quiet and had easy parking. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop for a free ride to downtown or a scenic 30-minute walk through Bicentennial Park. The adjoining neighborhood of Germantown had great restaurants and was fun to explore. The value for money was excellent. The best part was the comfortable bed and pillows - they were absolutely jaw-dropping! Plus, having our own entrance made us feel like VIPs.

I always choose this place for my stay and have no regrets. The staff is helpful and recommended local delivery. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and outdoor dining. The room has a flat-screen TV and cookware. Express check-in and board games are a plus. I love coming back for city trips.

The fully equipped kitchen was great, although I barely used it because who wants to cook on vacation? The terrace was a nice touch too, but I mostly just sat there and stared into space.
I wished there were more satellite TV channels to watch, I mean who doesn't love flipping through hundreds of options and finding nothing to watch?

The stay at this guest house was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, close to everything we wanted to explore. The bed was exceptional and gave us a jaw-droppingly good night's sleep. The two bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and the towels provided were so fluffy and luxurious. The accessibility to the city was top-notch, and the heat in the room worked great. We also loved the fact that we had access to Wi-Fi and free parking. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the kitchen area had all the necessary cookware and utensils. The express check-in/-out option made our stay even more hassle-free. We also appreciated the VIP treatment with the key and coded front door. The neighborhood was lovely and safe, and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. All in all, our experience here was absolutely spectacular, and we highly recommend it for any future trips. We can't wait to come back!

The satellite TV was a nice touch, but let's be real, who needs TV when there's so much to explore in Nashville?
Oh, how I missed the joy of packing and unpacking my suitcase every day with no storage space in the holiday home. How thoughtful!

The penthouse has a full-sized kitchen and dining room for 8, and our favorite spots were the jacuzzi tub and the two porches. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown, with a farmers market and great restaurants nearby. The bed was exceptional and we ordered the same one for our home. We highly recommend this place!
